During the 4th Annual Media Forum and Media Awards held at The Monarch Hotel, Calasiao, Pangasinan, the Local Civil Registry Office (LCRO) of Mangatarem under our administration and Department Head Rogelia Q. Fernandez received an Award of Recognition and Appreciation from PSA–RSSO I for continuously supporting collaboration, productivity, and efficiency in the delivery of Civil Registration products and services through Innovation and for our Active and Invaluable participation during the conduct of the 2nd National Convention on Civil Registration and Vital Statistics (2NCCRVS).
