Most of Mangatarem’s attractions are natural (hot springs, waterfalls). On weekends and particularly in the summer, local tourists frequent these. Apart from the poblacion region, a number of local landowners have built and made public their own little resorts. Immaltar Hot Spring, Kanding Waterfalls (Canding Falls), Tangguyob Waterfalls (Timangguyob Falls) are some of its natural attractions.
