Municipal Hall
The Municipal Hall Building of Mangatarem, Pangasinan is also one of the many buildings built during the Spanish era. It is made of mixed wood and concrete materials. It was burned by the New People’s Army in 1946 but was restored/reconstructed to its old form under the Administration of Mayor Jose J. Alamillo in 1955-1956.

Old Convent
The old covenant is the official residence of the Parish Priest of the St. Raymund de Penafort Church. It is also use for trainings and other activities by the catholic Church members here in Mangatarem. This building is made of concrete and wooded materials and was built during the Spanish Era in the year 1896.
Saint Raymund de Peñafort Parish Church
The old church of St. Raymund de St. Raymund de Penafort is located at the corner of Mabini St. and Romulo Highway here in Mangatarem. It was built in 1986 during the reign of the Spanish regime. Due to the strong earthquake that struck Pangasinan some parts of the church building suffered heavy damage, so they opted to renovate it to its present stature.
Corleto Residence
The old house of the Corleto family is a story building made of combined wood and concret materials. It was built during the Spanish era and preserved by the old grandparents of Mr. Jose and Angel Corleto. It is one of the very few old houses in the Mangatarem that has bee preserved to its old look up to this day.
Don Ramon Ventenilla Residence
The old house of the Ventenilla family is a two storey building made of combined wood and concrete materials. It was built during the Spanish era and preserved by the old grandparents of Don Ramon Ventinillia Sr. It is one of the very few old houses in Mangatarem that has bee preserved to its old look up tothis day.
