We are proud to announce that the Municipality of Mangatarem has been recognized as one of the Highly Functional Municipal Committee on Anti-Trafficking and Violence Against Women and their Children (MCAT-VAWC) Performance Year 2024 in the whole province of Pangasinan, awarded by the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG).
This is a testament to the steadfast performance and tireless service of our people’s government towards continuously strengthening the protection, empowerment, and welfare of women and youth in our community.
Under the leadership of our Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office (MSWDO), partnering with different agencies, offices and with the continuous cooperation of everyone, we achieved this success.
Success is not only the success of our government, but the success of a society that promotes equality and justice.
